From start to finish, she looked out for my best interests, and it was obvious she wasn’t just looking to make the sale. She was also very responsive to my questions and concerns. I did a couple of real estate transactions five years ago and did not realize how inadequate my previous realtor was until I learned what a fantastic realtor can do because of Karyl. Karyl was instrumental in getting our house in Broad Run, VA sold. It was a unique custom built property on 7.4 acres which made it a marketing challenge. She offered good advice and research on comparable homes during her first visit, coordinated with several contractors to get improvements and repairs done, and communicated well throughout the process. And most of this while we were out of state having already relocated.
